What this website is, and what it is not

cmox.es is an informational website. It explains what CMOX does, which sectors it serves and what equipment it works with.

It is not a shop: there are no prices here, no basket, no payment gateway, and nothing can be ordered. Every repair is assessed individually, because until a unit is opened and put on the test bench there is no way to know what is wrong with it or whether it can be fixed. What gets agreed — the scope, the lead time and the price — is agreed by email or by phone.

The repair catalogue with prices for trade customers is at tienda.cmox.es, which is a separate site with its own legal notice.

What this website says about lead times, capabilities or results describes how we normally work. It is not a contractual offer, nor a guarantee of any particular outcome for any particular unit.

Using this website

You may use this website to inform yourself and to get in touch with us. The contact form is for enquiries relating to what CMOX does.

By writing to us you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, and you agree not to use the form to send advertising, unlawful content or bulk messages.
