How we work
A unit is not repaired because it powers up again. It is repaired when it holds under load long enough for an intermittent fault to show itself. That is the step almost nobody shows you.

Every unit goes on the bench before anyone touches it. Supply, signal, current draw and temperature, measured point by point against what the circuit should be doing. The component that failed is rarely the one that burnt: it is the one that burnt it.
At component level
We replace what failed, not the whole board. SMD, QFP and BGA under the microscope, with hot air stations and precision soldering. If the part is obsolete we source the equivalent and document the substitution.
It only goes back if it works
The board returns to the bench and is tested under working conditions: under load, hot, and for long enough that an intermittent fault appears. It ships with those test results.

Repair before you replace
Repairing a unit costs a fraction of replacing it, and it arrives sooner than a spare part you have to order from abroad. That it also avoids a discarded unit and a new one being built is the part that never shows up on the quote, but counts all the same.
